Please note: Only dogs are permitted (maximum of 2), and guests must adhere to the pet policy and associated fees.

Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to sign the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
Property Access
- Guests have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest. Amenities available include:
- Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
- North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
- Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
- Vineyard: Food and Wine served
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
- Hours: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm, Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm
- All visitors at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. Those areas are for member use only.
- The North Pavilion hosts several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests may attend. In the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No events allowed.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Cancellation Policy: Strict. Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
Fees and Payments
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional $35 per night (max $175) amenity fee.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. (Note: The property data lists maxPets as 99, but this policy limits dogs to 2.)
Parking and Vehicle Requirements
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the rental agreement.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Well stocked kitchen with utensils provided for cooking meals.
- A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are for one or two nights.
- Towels and bed linens are provided.
- Hair dryers are not provided.
Safety and Emergency Information
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
- Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday. Construction is ongoing in several neighborhoods of Eagles Nest.
